Main Features
To improve order efficiency, you can install touch monitors or tablets in the kitchen. Available on Windows and Android.
Orders are sent electronically to a monitor in the Kitchen. Staff can then bump orders as they are completed. Managers can now monitor the kitchen staff’s efficiency by colour indicators showing when orders are ready, overdue or for how long tables have been waiting.
Reports show at the end of the day how long customers waited for them meals as well as Staff / Shift performance statistics. Cooking / preparation times are displayed to help the kitchen function more effectively.
Scale Stocktake
Stock takes with electronic liquor scale to count tots.
Simply place the bottle on the scale and push the relevant touchscreen icon and the system will automatically input the number of tots into Odyssey, as well as the number of full bottles. This eliminates mistakes, theft and speeds up accurate daily stocktake procedures.
Self-Ordering Unit Kiosk
The feature-rich, fully functional, self-checkout POS unit provides a streamlined ordering experience for customers. Self-Help picture enabled touch screens are installed for recognition of products which produce faster transactions with fewer staff interventions. Another nice feature is that ads can be rotated when a kiosk is inactive.
Digital Boards
Add a professional visual experience to the way you present your products, prices and specials. With our Digital Menu Board’s module, you can design sleek digital menus and display it on LED screens. Product prices are updated in real time from the Back Office or Mobile App. Specials can automatically change according to schedules. Menus can also be scheduled to rotate at certain times of the day.
For example, breakfast menus can be displayed between 08:00 am and 11:00 am and automatically rotate with lunch menus from 11:00 am.
